Philip was born in Glasgow in 1947 and lived there until 2002 when
with wife, three children and cat we moved to the small town of
Strathaven about fifteen miles south of the big city and in the
heart of the country. He attended the Glasgow School of Art but
after only two years his life changed forever due to family
circumstances. He ended up in the restaurant business. Philip has
now returned to his first love and has been a full time artist for
the past five years.
