If you are pleased with the item, then please leave positive feedback. However, if you feel that you are unsatisfied or the item is faulty, then please let us know. Occasionally, there may be a problem, we are only human, but we always fix these problems with the minimum of fuss. We will of course pay postage on all damage items which need to come back to us.

We use either ParcelForce Express or Interlink to ship all items. Delivery is usually within two days. If an item is ordered after 2 pm on a Friday it will not be shipped until Monday. If any item is damaged or faulty when it arrives we will offer a full refund including return postage. However, all of our items are custom made to order, therefore they do not qualify for the legal 14 days cooling off period if you simply change your mind. We will not accept returns for photographs under any circumstances unless it arrives damaged. We do accept returns on all items, however he buyer is responsible for return postage costs unless it is damaged. (For international orders, the original p&p cost will be deducted) Please contact us before returning an item and all items must be returned in the same condition in its original packaging.
